I just lowered my prices at my Etsy shop for the holidays (I need to be able to buy presents for my kids for Christmas and I'm still unemployed) so if there was something you had looked at before, you might want to look again. Some prices were lowered as much as $5 to $10 off the original list price. Oh, and you only pay shipping once, no matter how many item you buy :-)

Sterling Silver Dictionary Series Fairy Decoupage Necklace
I had decided to try out the local gallery for a year and recently decided that, although they had sold a fair amount of the inventory I had placed with them I wanted what was unsold, back. I don't think I was a very good fit for the place, I am bit too eccentric I suspect. Of course when I asked for the jewelry back, she had just sold 4 pairs of earrings so sent the check along with the box of things I has asked for. Heh, go figure.
So, I just listed some of the inventory I got back on Etsy this evening. You may recognize some of it from what I pulled out before. If there was something you had wanted before, it may be back. :-)

| Finally More Jewelry For Sale |

Edit: The Dragonfly and Eye pendants are sold, Paris Metro map and the cicada are on reserve, more are available - please look at the rest of pendants after the lj cut.
So, finally being able to focus on other things, I was able to get the supplies I needed for the all of the chains I wanted to do for the last batch of dictionary shell pendants. So here's what I came up with:
Dragonfly Dictionary Shell Necklace
The glass beads are Czech copper luster glass beads (I also have black - I can make the chain in either), the chain is a really nifty antiqued soft brass chain with an iron finish. The necklace measures 20 inches in length. I can also substitute a black, moss green or cobalt blue velvet ribbon if you prefer.
If anyone would like to pre-order one from me before I get them listed on Etsy, please let me know. I will sell them to anyone on my Live Journal friend's list for $20 plus $4.60 priority shipping. I will be listing them for $25 on Etsy (I need to rephotograph everything so it's going to be a few days). Just leave me a comment and I will arrange the details with you.

I have been trying a new method for the dictionary clippings pendants, this time I am able to transform them into transparencies. I think it's a pretty cool effect. They are not going to look perfect because the shells themselves are natural and therefore not perfect and the method I use is not machine perfect either - it's all done by hand using old paper. Not all of them work when I try it. Besides, I like imperfections, it's more interesting that way. :-)
